MEDITATION AND THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

                                                          WHY USING MEDITATION?

Meditation is basic if you want to use the Secret and the Law of Attraction to their full potential.
Why?
Because meditation puts your mind in a state close to sleep that enhances your so called sixth sense or intuition skills. That mental state is called "Alpha state". Does it ring a bell? This is the state discovered by Mr. Silva, who created the well-known Silva Method.
How to meditate? The secret is to sit or lay down in a comfortable position, then relax your physical body and finally relax your mind. When you have finished all of the three previous steps, you will be ready to perform powerful visualisation techniques that will help you get whatever you desire.

You can try this simple but effective meditation technique to start with, but you can try other techniques as well and choose the one you are most comfortable with.
